I was told by Dodge customer service that the oil tank was covered. Called this dealership and said they could not see me unless I paid 199.00 to go over the truck. I said I only need oil tank. They said was covered. Called this dealership and said they could not see me unless I paid 199.00 to go over the truck. I said I only need oil tank. They said could not do it without paying and they said would be refunded if covered under warranty. I scheduled because Dodge said it was covered. Dealership said was Not covered under warranty. I just passed inspection in May and June 16, they said I needed a big list of repairs. I said I just passed inspection, so the list was to get a lot of money out of me. I won’t be back as I can’t trust this dealership. More
We had an excellent experience with Key! Felicia was an excellent salesperson, and she, along with the finance team, got us through so fast! The time from start to finish was about 2 hours to purchase our Gladiator. On the way home the service engine soon light came on. I reached out to Felicia, and I brought it in the next day they were open. They fixed the issue and also took care of a recall we didn’t even know that it had! I’m very pleased with Key, and I will definitely do business with them again! More

Vehicle returned without bleeding air from hydraulic lines (clutch). Stranded for second time in a week as a result of service issue originating from clutch recall work.
