They are understaffed, only one mechanic actually knows what he's doing and we've had to replace the same part in our 2022 truck three times in the past year. I feel that every time I have my car serviced for something, something else is broken. I've had my car in there several times for one complaint & not once was it test driven but other 'things' needed something, something else is broken.
