Good service I bought my car here and continue to have it serviced here, I have never had an issue. I rated it a 4 due to I’m still waiting for my 3 tires so i can I bought my car here and continue to have it serviced here, I have never had an issue. I rated it a 4 due to I’m still waiting for my 3 tires so i can get an inspection sticker, haven’t heard a word in over a week after I called inquiring about them. Not a word. More

Front axle u-joint replacement While on a vacation trip from Virginia to Maine, I had an issue with my axle u-joint. I pulled into the dealer asking if they could check it for me. While on a vacation trip from Virginia to Maine, I had an issue with my axle u-joint. I pulled into the dealer asking if they could check it for me. They advised they were booked through the next week, but pulled my truck in anyway. They found a problem and replaced the part immediately, saving our vacation. Newcastle Dodge is, by far, the best dealership I have ever been to. Absolute professionalism and truly caring people. The service assistant and the mechanic were great, explaining everything to me. More

Bad EXPERIENCES A hole was made in my oil pan during an oil change afterwards it was listed as a part I needed to replace, also the vehicle needs a ballpoint and U-jo A hole was made in my oil pan during an oil change afterwards it was listed as a part I needed to replace, also the vehicle needs a ballpoint and U-joint. I wonder how it passed state inspection in April? I purchased the vehicle in April with nurmerous issues. I was overcharged for the vehicle and lied to by the salesman and general manager. More
