Terrible customer treatment I brought my Jeep here for a detail service. The detail job was at the level of a home cleaning. I specifically mentioned my carpets because they were I brought my Jeep here for a detail service. The detail job was at the level of a home cleaning. I specifically mentioned my carpets because they were wet from a window left down, as well as the vinyl windows on the soft top. When my Jeep was returned, the carpets were wetter than when dropped off, the vinyl windows had not been touched, and the ‘detail’ itself was terrible. There was still dirt on the carpets, wrappers under the seat, dirt in the seat cracks, paint left on the seat, and the heat vents were still filled with dust. The owner called me and asked how things went, asked me to bring it back so they could ‘make things right’. I came back and the service manager told me there was nothing they could do, and treated me like a second class citizen. The owner was extremely unprofessional via messaging. I have since gone elsewhere and they easily dried the carpets and finished the detail. I will never go back again. More

It will pay for this oil leak. More

Top notch sales and service! So far, we have purchased 2 new and 1 used vehicle from Newcastle. I have had nothing but positive experiences when interacting with sales or service! So far, we have purchased 2 new and 1 used vehicle from Newcastle. I have had nothing but positive experiences when interacting with sales or service! The sales are driven by questions about the buyer as the sales rep wants to make suggestions and recommendations based on the customer’s needs and NOT what they want to sell. The service department is friendly and professional. I have never been spoken to in any way that made me feel like anything short of a valued customer (even if I’m standing there trying to recreate a noise I am hearing somewhere under the car)! They are very “real” people. I highly recommend you see them for your next vehicle! More
