Not like buying a car, more like joining a family Today is July 18, 2016. I went down to New Castle Jeep in New Castle, Maine on Friday the 15th and had an extremely pleasant buying experience. Everyo Today is July 18, 2016. I went down to New Castle Jeep in New Castle, Maine on Friday the 15th and had an extremely pleasant buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly, including the owner of the dealership who came out to shake my hand. At no point did I feel that I was being sold anything I wasn't interested in. There was pretty much no haggling involved at all in fact. They offered me a very fair price on the Jeep I wanted, a very fair price on the car I was trading in, and they did it all quickly and with a big smile every step of the way. While I was in the dealership, I also had a chance to talk to a couple that were long-time customers of Jeep, and they had nothing but excellent things to say about their experiences with the dealership, so this bolstered my confidence right out of the gate. Additionally, because I came in later in the day on a Friday afternoon, the service department didn't have time to detail the new Jeep before I left. I guess that wasn't the level of service they like to provide, so this morning (Monday), they sent someone out to pick up my Jeep from my work and bring it back to the dealership for a good and proper detailing. I live about 20 miles away from the dealership, so this was a very pleasant surprise. They left me a loaner and they will bring the Jeep back to me when it's done. So far, I am very impressed with this entire experience, and the Jeep is exactly what I wanted it to be as well. I feel like I'm part of the Jeep family already, and I would happily recommend New Castle Jeep to anyone that is in the market. More

Best Car Experience I Have Ever Had I have nothing but great things to say about Justin Goertz .
