I have on occasion jumped ship to check out other dealers south of me, but the service department is awesome, the parts department is incredibly patient and helpful, and the owner whom I deal with personally bends over backwards to make sure I am taken care of... Why would I bother to deal with other dealership salesmen with their silly antics to get you to not walk out the door before signing for a sale??? A waste of my time quite frankly... More

Misled at time of purchase The people were nice, but at the time of purchase my salesman and service center manager talked up an optional lifetime warranty that I could buy with The people were nice, but at the time of purchase my salesman and service center manager talked up an optional lifetime warranty that I could buy within the next 18 months that I was very interested in. It turns out that it isn’t available for the promaster city, but I learned this a week after I bought the pro master. The dealership offered nothing for getting me to buy a car based on a false promise. It was an honest mistake, but the right thing to do would have been to try to make it right instead of just saying “we didn’t know”. It didn’t feel good to trust them and find out the sales pitch wasn’t trustworthy. More
