Front axle u-joint replacement While on a vacation trip from Virginia to Maine, I had an issue with my axle u-joint. I pulled into the dealer asking if they could check it for me. While on a vacation trip from Virginia to Maine, I had an issue with my axle u-joint. I pulled into the dealer asking if they could check it for me. They advised they were booked through the next week, but pulled my truck in anyway. They found a problem and replaced the part immediately, saving our vacation. Newcastle Dodge is, by far, the best dealership I have ever been to. Absolute professionalism and truly caring people. The service assistant and the mechanic were great, explaining everything to me.
