Top notch sales and service! So far, we have purchased 2 new and 1 used vehicle from Newcastle. I have had nothing but positive experiences when interacting with sales or service! So far, we have purchased 2 new and 1 used vehicle from Newcastle. I have had nothing but positive experiences when interacting with sales or service! The sales are driven by questions about the buyer as the sales rep wants to make suggestions and recommendations based on the customer’s needs and NOT what they want to sell. The service department is friendly and professional. I have never been spoken to in any way that made me feel like anything short of a valued customer (even if I’m standing there trying to recreate a noise I am hearing somewhere under the car)! They are very “real” people. I highly recommend you see them for your next vehicle! More

Good service I bought my car here and continue to have it serviced here, I have never had an issue. Front axle u-joint replacement While on a vacation trip from Virginia to Maine, I had an issue with my axle u-joint. I pulled into the dealer asking if they could check it for me. While on a vacation trip from Virginia to Maine, I had an issue with my axle u-joint. I pulled into the dealer asking if they could check it for me. They advised they were booked through the next week, but pulled my truck in anyway. They found a problem and replaced the part immediately, saving our vacation. Newcastle Dodge is, by far, the best dealership I have ever been to. Absolute professionalism and truly caring people. The service assistant and the mechanic were great, explaining everything to me. More

Bad EXPERIENCES A hole was made in my oil pan during an oil change afterwards it was listed as a part I needed to replace, also the vehicle needs a ballpoint and U-jo A hole was made in my oil pan during an oil change afterwards it was listed as a part I needed to replace, also the vehicle needs a ballpoint and U-joint. I wonder how it passed state inspection in April? I purchased the vehicle in April with nurmerous issues. I was overcharged for the vehicle and lied to by the salesman and general manager. More
