A little disappointed when they would not let me drive the vehicle home. It was a long drive back and forth but my loan was funded the next day. The problem occurred with the dealership paying my loan o the vehicle home. It was a long drive back and forth but my loan was funded the next day. The problem occurred with the dealership paying my loan off. Here I sit 3 weeks later and my loan has still not been paid. I have called and was assured that a check was sent overnight to pay the loan. I guess I will cross my fingers and hope for the best at this point. Needless to say next time a dealer even mentions issues and won't let me drive home a vehicle I will be out the door as fast as possible so I don't end up paying for the vehicle I purchased and the vehicle I traded in. The employees had nothing but bad things to say about my bank, "USAA," and in the end I am left with paying for the truck I don't own. More
Horrible place to buy a vehicle. Next day between text messages, phone calls, and emails we come to an agreement on the truck I wanted so I left work early, got there, signed papers, everything was fine, 2 hours later they come back out of the office only to tell me they messed up by 7000 dollars and the approval was off, even after I put 3000 cash down with my trade, they would not honor the original contract and I had to sign a whole new set of paperwork with a payment that was now 47 dollars a month higher than what we agreed upon. I signed because I was irritated and wanted to go home, what they did was wrong and I have my attorney looking into it due to already signing a contract prior to them screwing up. I love my truck, but that dealership is terrible, takes advantage of people, and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there to buy something as simple as a valve stem, let alone a vehicle that they will more than likely get screwed on. If 0 stars was an option, that's what they would get. More
Found a truck on line. Went to look at it and put down a deposit.They were good to deal with. I didn't hassle the price. Less than an hour the first time and half an hour the second time. Truck was as advertised and ready to go. More

I brought my aging, but still running, 2006 Jeep Commander to your service center hoping I might find a “cure” for its faults. I bought it at Newcastle almost 12 years and 168,204 miles ago. Mitch explained to me (in terms I could understand) that repairs would be too costly for all that needed to be done. I LOVE that Jeep. There was no pressure to do those repairs and no pressure to buy another vehicle. I thank your service center for that advice and considerations. I’ll be back, though, to look for some other vehicle.
