Good morning Anne. 1st thing, I am truly sorry that your experience was anything less than perfect, the last thing we want is an unhappy customer. We have made significnat strides in customer satisfaction so this is something we will investigate. In viewing your repair order I see the oil change was completed in under 45 minutes based on time stamps then you asked us to investigate the lifgate light on which we did and confirmed the latch is faulty perhaps having to do with the previous glass damage that you had requested we remove the panel and vacuum all the broken glass which we were happy to do. At that point we provided you a complimentary loaner car so you could go about your day. You had also requested us to investigate the transmission "clunking noise" which we did confirm the fluid was dirty and in need of replacement, we changed the fluid and reprogrammed the module to improve shift quality with your blessing and determined everything was now operating correctly. Again we are very sorry you feel ripped off and we want to make it right, please let us know how we can help resolve this situation and we will do everything we can to make you happy!
