I've known this shop for the last 15+ years when it was under different ownership. The new owners are a corporation that owns many other dealerships. There is no longer any sense of doing business with an under different ownership. The new owners are a corporation that owns many other dealerships. There is no longer any sense of doing business with an individual, and you're just another number. The finance manager (with 20 odd years at this dealership) made more mistakes on the paperwork, tried to not give the agreed warranty, wrong interest rate, extra fees, etc. Generally nice people, but too sneaky for me to deal with again. I went to Jeep because my car had died at the car wash in town and asked them to replace my battery as well as patch my rear tire that was loosing air. The mechanic stated that the battery did not need to town and asked them to replace my battery as well as patch my rear tire that was loosing air. The mechanic stated that the battery did not need to be replace since it sat and started back up. After the jeep sat for a little bit it was dead again. My neighbor connected it to a meter and I was completely dead. What a nightmare. More
