Also my car was driven (to be returned to me) by a person not wearing a mask. Hence my car got cleaned and disinfected when I got home. Would not recommend waiting in the waiting area and would request a mask be worn by anyone on the inside of my car. More
Amazing Service I own a Corvette and started bringing it to Key Chevrolet back in 2016 on a recommendation from one of the GM Engineers that I met at Carlisle The I own a Corvette and started bringing it to Key Chevrolet back in 2016 on a recommendation from one of the GM Engineers that I met at Carlisle The admin in Service, Shylock has always been extremely polite and courteous, besides being happy and knowledgeable about the service which is being performed on my car. Paul Koerner, Master Tech for Corvettes, never disappoints....He has worked on both my vettes 01 & 12, and has brought to my attention some issues which he found...Knowing a bit about cars, I understood the situation.. In addition, which ever parts were replaced (within size reason) came back to me in a box. Anything serious, photos were taken to show me.prior to my authorization to proceed I forgot to Mention that I am from New Jersey and the last time my 2012 was in for some service, for Mechanical, new tires, and an issue with the airbag which was noticed by Paul based on the sound the steering wheel was making. Paul and Shy brought my car to me in NJ. Now that was totally amazing. I thank Key Chevrolet for having such dedicated, knowledgeable and personable employees. More

Brought truck in for oil change and was asked if I’d like tires rotatated. At 9:00 appt I was asked when I need it by, told employee I’d like it before noon (figuring I’d get call when it was finished. Hour tires rotatated. At 9:00 appt I was asked when I need it by, told employee I’d like it before noon (figuring I’d get call when it was finished. Hour to change oil and rotate tires.) I also questioned about rebate being offered on oil change. Showed up 11:35 and truck was just brought in. When I questioned why it wasn’t done I was told” you wanted it before noon right”? I then went to pay and it was lower then I was quoted. When asked if tires were rotated Response was “you only wanted oil changed!”. As I was paying I again asked about rebate and paperwork had to be redone because rebate information had to be added. Three hours to do oil change and tire rotation was never done. Not a happy customer! Probably going back to Richard Chevrolet! More
do not buy any car from the dealership or the extended warranty. !!!!!!! Hi I bought my Chevy suburban 2017 2 years ago. The finest old me continue warranty up to a hundred thousand miles never mention warranty. !!!!!!! Hi I bought my Chevy suburban 2017 2 years ago. The finest old me continue warranty up to a hundred thousand miles never mention that the warranty is not through Chevy or GM a truck company name century, the car is over 4 days at the dealership and I haven't been approved for a small AC repair. Apparently key cannot help me get the car fixed any faster, but they selling this insurance thrust third-party the take that time to repair. There's nobody to talk to through century, they keep saying that management is the one that needs to review the second time it's already the fourth date and I'm waiting for either of you to let me know if my car will be fixed or not. The courtesy and attentiveness of the staff is outstanding. The technical seminars they run a few times a year is something that other dealers do not do. Run by Paul Koerner, their Chevrolet Master Mechanic, they afford customers the opportunity to learn and ask questions about any aspect of their Chevrolet vehicles. Paul's knowledge, including that of Corvettes, is heads and shoulders above his competitors at other dealers. Cannot say enough about this dealership. A very unique and painless way of dealing with everything that occurs with our cars. More
This is a fantastic dealership. New owners are carrying on where the Jacksons left off. Everyone seems to have a need to do his/her job 100%. No exceptions. Paul Koerner, Thecorvettemechanic is as good as on where the Jacksons left off. Everyone seems to have a need to do his/her job 100%. No exceptions. Paul Koerner, Thecorvettemechanic is as good as they come. Hard working, a perfectionist and a really good guy too! I drive over 2 hours to use this dealership. I own 3 Chevys and they’re all serviced by Key Chevy. My 5 stars don’t seem enough. Joe Cusumano More
Reposted review after they deleted it I used to get my vehicle serviced here and boy was that a mistake!! Awful, just awful. My car had a check engine light on so naturally I brought it in I used to get my vehicle serviced here and boy was that a mistake!! Awful, just awful. My car had a check engine light on so naturally I brought it into the dealer thinking they have my best interest at heart. What a SHAM. These people will try to take advantage of you so if your car is out of warranty and you need work done I would 100% recommend taking your car elsewhere to a real mechanic and get a second opinion before forking out hundreds and possibly thousands of your hard earned dollars on services that will NOT fix your car. And they tell you this. They say “well it could be this” but “it might not fix the issue and it could actually be another issue that is going to cost you upwards of $1,500 for JUST the part.” They actually told me this to cover their own xxxxx because they knew that wasn’t going to fix my car. They tried selling me a fuel/air induction cleaning for $200 and wanted to clean my plugs and soak in engine cleaner for $300. I took my car to my mechanic and he said they tried to sell me bull s***! All my car needed was new spark plugs and one new coil pack. She’s been running like new ever since!! Shame on you KEY CHEVY. You lost a customer for life and I will not be repurchasing another Chevy in the future. They tell me they need a weeks notice for loner cars. Who the xxxx knows weeks ahead that their car will break down?! Some lady with a warranty still on her car was also getting work done when I went to pick up my car after they did a xx diagnosis and charged me $150 with no real answers on what is wrong with my car, and I see them hand her keys and tell her that her brand knew loaner car is all set. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. This business is a joke and I’m going to make sure I spread this review anywhere I possibly can to save other people from getting taken advantage of. More
