My wife was just in there for service. We purchased our vehicle and have had it serviced her since then. We recieved a coupon in the mail for "$50 off ANY service". For it being our 1 year We purchased our vehicle and have had it serviced her since then. We recieved a coupon in the mail for "$50 off ANY service". For it being our 1 year anniversary of owning our vehicle. The service department would not honor this coupon since they had a "oil change special" going on. We asked to pay for a regular priced oil change and then add the coupon but they would not accommodate in any way. Actually the service advisor was arguing with my wife while she was trying to hold our sleeping 2 yr old. This is a very dishonest way of doing business. We will go to another dealership who I called and said they would honor any coupon. Unfortunately it's tough to find an honest dealership and this is definitely a dishonest one. I would not buy or service here ever again More

The Absolute best part of my experience with Key Chevy was dealing w/ internet sales / customer service agent Alysia. After a price increase on a vehicle I was going to drive an hour to see, I texted to c was dealing w/ internet sales / customer service agent Alysia. After a price increase on a vehicle I was going to drive an hour to see, I texted to cancel. She followed up with me right away, reached out to the manager and assured me they would honor the original price if I would still come down. I Did go, I did not purchase the vehicle for a variety of reasons ( not here to bash anything) and it’s because of her I will continue to look at the inventory at this dealer. Jill Merrium should be proud to have Alysia as a customer service rep. as she is well spoken, friendly and makes sure the potential customers are informed and confirmed before they drive an hour to visit. More

This dealership doesn’t deserve a star!!!! I bought a car from them last year and they xxxxed me over. I have brought my car to them since I bought it for the same reason. I bought a 2011 chevy Malibu LT from them in March. 3 months later I had to replace all breaks & rotors. When I initially bought the Car they told me I had warranty. When I asked them to explain the war months later I had to replace all breaks & rotors. When I initially bought the Car they told me I had warranty. When I asked them to explain the warranty they told me the guy would explain it when I signed the papers. When it came time he told me it was in my paperwork. Needless to say I was stuck to buy four new brakes & rotors with in the first 3 months of having the. Then now my power steering column just went which I have to pay 1300.00. I haven't even had the car yet & 400.00 for breaks 300.00 for new tires. But yet I'm still making payments so when they tell you have a warranty make sure you have them to explain it because I have to do mager repairs on a car that I'm making monthly payments on haven't even had it a year. So whatch what they are selling before you buy!!!! I would never purchase from them again. More
