It is not worth calling or emailing your customer service. No one gets back to you after the first phone call. You really need you evaluate your team and teach them how to follow up with the customer. Even the GM never handled the issue in a timely manner. 27 days to just transfer plates is ridiculous. Don’t need a response back , I will never buy from you again or refer anyone.
