I was looking for a new truck and had a great experience with Joe Wolfer and one of the Managing Partners, Bobby Stevens. While I had some direct needs, I was open with what I was looking for (half ton or 3/4 ton, colors, some options) and explained my situation. Both Joe and Bobby did everything they could to make sure I got the perfect truck for my needs and I was able to get more truck than I thought I could thanks to Bobby working his magic. On my test drive there were a couple issues found with the truck and this is where Bobby went above and beyond to assure everything got fixed in a timely manner; even putting me in a loaner as to not risk anything with the trade in. I picked up my new truck today, earlier than expected and couldn't be happier. Joe knows his stuff and is a very personable and helpful sales associate and if there were more owners/GM's/Managing Partners like Bobby, car buying would be a lot easier for consumers. Had these challenges happened at another dealership, I have a strong feeling the outcome would've been different. Big thanks to Bobby, Joe and the rest of the Middletown Chevy team for making what could've been a rough experience into a great one. Highly recommend! More

Purchased a used Cadillac from them on June 22,2023. During test drive all gauges went off, they said it was the aftermarket key and would get me a key. This happened every time we drove the car. Then we realized the key given us did not work the door lock ! I called several times with no return call, the Stanley called and said hey, you bought as is, end of story!! I have spent nearly a $1000.00 getting the car to work correctly and still have to have a garage pull the key tumbler and bring it to a locksmith to modify it to work with a key The dealership has been totally unhelpful, just saying you bought it as is, even though they must have been aware of these issues and never told us of them Went to a dealership thinking I could avoid this kind of thing, not with these guys. I will never go there again and considering what action should be next. More
