service is slow and often not done correctly We bought/leased 2 new vehicles from Key (formally Shearer) and had serviced performed periodically on them over the last 3 years. Each time there we We bought/leased 2 new vehicles from Key (formally Shearer) and had serviced performed periodically on them over the last 3 years. Each time there were issues with the booking (done via phone or online). Some of the visits had things missed (example: went in for a winter tire change over to summer tires and all they did was rotate tires, not change them). Had to order parts on one visit - they said they'd call once the parts were in, but then never called. We followed up 2 weeks later and they said, oh yes these have been here for over a week! Because of service, we decided to go elsewhere when our lease recently ended. More
Did a good Job but did not address all the issues. I had several codes stored and the problem was a chore to diagnose. Other dealerships in the area were not able to find the issue; However as soon as I had several codes stored and the problem was a chore to diagnose. One of the codes did not return so I believe that issue is resolved. now I need to have another appointment and would rather everything was addressed during the same visit. More
