Didn’t fix this issue, said they ordered a part that would be there the day after Christmas. I called a week after the date Ryan claimed he would call to be told the part “still wasn’t in”. They refuse to fix the error. I contacted General Motors and they stated "we cannot force the dealerships to do work because they are independently owned." What does certified mean? According to General Motors they stand behind their certification "depending on the circumstance." Two months later and I am left to consult the Attorney General. It took me two days and three phone calls to finally speak with someone in the service department. They told me they didn't see the error message on my Dash so they couldn't fix the problem with my driv speak with someone in the service department. They told me they didn't see the error message on my Dash so they couldn't fix the problem with my driver's door window I start my truck and that message was their I went back in and got one of the guys and showed him the message hopefully now they'll be able to fix the problem when they call to schedule an appointment to replace the issues with my sliding back window. I know I bought my vehicle from Scherer and not key but if service continues to be this poor I will certainly buy my next vehicle from another dealership More
