The warm feeling extended by all here is what I believe customer service is all about. They listened and then solved the problem. Having been back since for only very minor maintenance, the first class treatment was the same. My second purchase was to fill a need of transportation to ensure a reliable vehicle was there for my work commute. Although as Coty put it "Life happens" and things weren't picture perfect, a little sketchy in fact with tight margins and questionable circumstances, but they once again went above and beyond exhausting their resources with clever solutions to allow me driving away with a certified preowned vehicle well within my budget and great warranty coverage! Thank you so much for the relief in knowing I now have proper transportation for years to come. :-) PS I was also approached by Ben and Emma who knew I was in good hands with Coty, but took time to offer help and pleasant conversation. Thanks! More
Couldn't have been better Coty was so easy to work with. He went out of his way to accommodate me and my wishes for a car. He seemed to genuinely care that I have a good buying experience and not just that he'd get credit for a sale. I highly recommend the Key group for being personable, professional and not pressure. Not a happy customer I was in for service on my brakes on Dec. 2 at 9:00 and was there for 7 hours. I should have at least been offered a car for the day. I was told it would take 3 or 4 hours, then they told me the back brakes should be done. It would take another hour. Never got out till 4:00. Then the next day I had pulsing. Now that was very up sitting after being there all day the day before. Had to make another appointment and they replaced the rotors. So no I will never buy or go for service again when my Lease is up on this vehicle. Sure they gave me a 50% discount but that was not the point. More
Worst car buying experience ever!!!! My husband and I had the worst car buying experience ever! If this wasn't the vehicle we had been searching for and wanting for a while, we would have My husband and I had the worst car buying experience ever! If this wasn't the vehicle we had been searching for and wanting for a while, we would have never completed the purchase. The sales representative that we worked with had little knowledge of the vehicle and when repairs needed to be made, communication was not there. I kept being told “you can pick it up tomorrow” tomorrow would come and he would say “well it will be ready tomorrow”. It supposedly took 2 days to put new brakes on the vehicle. When we finally were able to pick the vehicle up, 3 out of the 4 wireless headphones that were in the vehicle when purchased were “missing”. After finally speaking to one of the sales managers multiple times, issues started to get resolved, slowly! They didn’t try to repair the damage done during the sale and service experience. The salesman gave us a comet softball card, with a value of $20 as an apology. That is no apology, lowering the price of the vehicle or offering free services would make us want to buy another vehicle from there or recommend others to shop there. The service department was much better than the sales, they were friendly and quick when I returned my vehicle for small repairs and an inspection. Ryan was awesome and after expressing such a horrible buying process, assured us he would do his best to make the service aspect better than the sales and he did that! I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here and it’s not worth $200 for me to refer a friend there to have the same awful experience we had. I am hoping others have a more positive experience than us, but from reading other reviews, we are not the first and most likely won’t be the last! Furthermore, I was contacted after posting a review on their facebook page. They told me the general manager would be in touch. I ended up speaking with a sales manager. During the emailing process and phone call, I was told they wanted to make my experience better. They have done nothing to try to repair that relationship. I received an email after the phone call to let me know they were there if I needed anything. I will not being bringing my vehicle back there, not even for the "free" yearly inspection. I would rather pay the money to get it at a more reliable dealership. More
