It had not worked for some I had to bring my vehicle, A 2014 Chevrolet Impala LT, to be serviced because the side detection system would not work. It had not worked for some time. Chevrolet has come up with a wonderful solution to fix this problem and keep this system running properly. I also had an oil change and new wiper blades were installed. I used a coupon, I had received from this Dealer, that helped in reducing my total bill. Austin was extremely helpful. Even in replacing NEW plastic cover for my seats. For winter. Thanks,Carl More

Was very unhappy with my service appointment. Brought my brand new truck in for first oil change tire rotation and recalls. I’ve also been hearing a noise in the rear breaks. My tires never got rotated and a technician took my truck for a joy ride an claims never heard the noise. Yet within the first thirty seconds of being in my truck I heard the noise I described to the service writer Ryan. Then was told the breaks were inspected during tire rotation yet tires weren’t rotated?? So I called to ask what was going on with my truck on a voicemail. It’s now been 5 days and still no phone call back from dealer! More
