I was looking for a specific vehicle for our road trips and trips to see our kids. I watched their site like a hawk because I got such a good deal on the first vehicle, my Equinox. I spotted the Buick Encore as soon as it came in. I called them and they put it on hold for me. The paperwork was ready before I got there. The car was ready and they were so nice to train me on how to use everything. This team goes above an beyond to make sure their customers will come back. I don't think I need another vehicle, but when I do I know where I am going. Thank you Brian in Sales and Ryan in Finance for helping get the exact vehicle I was looking for. This is a great team. I will be using them again. More

I was hesitant do to the fact that the vehicle was 100 miles away, but they did everything for me. by the time I get there the paperwork was ready to go. Between the paperwork and the training on my new Equinox I was out of there in less that 1 hour. Key Cadillac went out of their way for me and I could not be more appreciative. I would recommend Key Cadillac's team if you need help through all aspects of buying a car, and training on the ne technology like me. They were so patient with me. I will use Key Cadillac again, and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Key Cadillac for making my car buying experience a breeze. More

Two year customer with Key Cadillac and I’ve been going there for all of my services. Recently was told my warranty does not cover my oil changes even though my warranty was valid and the manager Branden s there for all of my services. Recently was told my warranty does not cover my oil changes even though my warranty was valid and the manager Branden said “it does take a lot of time to process a claim for an oil change so we would rather not”. Said it is a 4 year warranty and 50k miles, I haven’t reached 50k miles and I confirmed my warranty was until 2023 so Branden just didn’t want to do his job. Transferred my business to Luther Cadillac in Roseville and couldn’t be happier. Originally was referred to Key from two friends who have purchased vehicles there before and I’m highly disappointed in their level of customer service and refusal to do their job. If I could give -0 stars I would. More

I should have learned much sooner, but felt that previous visits had to be an anomaly — how could they be this bad?. Unless your car is under warranty and you do not have to pay for.incompetent work, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO KEY CADILLAC SERVICE. More
Poor Experience Went to dealership to look at new or demo. Have bought approx. 20 cars in my life, and this was one of my worst experiences. Found a CTS I had interes Went to dealership to look at new or demo. Have bought approx. 20 cars in my life, and this was one of my worst experiences. Found a CTS I had interest in. However, in trying to take a little time to think about it and weigh my options, dealership called or emailed me night and day. Once I made my decision to proceed, dealership couldn't care 1 iota about my time and work schedule. It was all about them. When it came time to take delivery of the car, dealership did not want to take time going over the vehicle , which was fairly technical, and glossed over my questions. When I told Tom the GM I was not comfortable with the vehicle because of my lack of complete understanding of it, he responded that if I wasn't going to close on the car right then I must leave and never come back!!! That incredibly rude remark and behavior, together with an apparent disinterest to explain the vehicle fully--but just take my $$$, cost this dealership a sale, as I did have a check from my credit union in my pocket from a loan to pay for the car, plus the title for my trade-in. More
