On my internet search’s for a Jeep Wrangler Sport I found the one I was looking for... a 2021 Sport in Firecracker Red with a 6 speed manual transmission. Unfortunately it roughly 2 hours distance to the dealership. Initially I exchanged emails with Carri Ortiz in the sales department and we arranged an appointment for a walk around and test drive. As with most vehicle purchases some negotiations and haggling is usually associated with it. All said and done... I drove away with a new Jeep Wrangler and felt it was a no stress experience and very satisfying. Couldn’t be happier. And xxxxxxto Wayne Weems... who was excellent despite me calling him Lee right up until I drove away. ‘Masks!!!’ More
TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!22Dec2020: I scheduled an TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! 22Dec2020: I scheduled an appointment for my 2006 Jeep Commander to have engine codes read and diagnostics performed TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! 22Dec2020: I scheduled an appointment for my 2006 Jeep Commander to have engine codes read and diagnostics performed to understand why the transmission isn't shifting. They had a technician visually inspect vehicle. No codes were read? I paid $149 to have someone indicate my transmission cooler lines had a small leak. I can see that. However, no one read which codes are causing my engine light to stay on. So I went to Autozone and bought a code reader for $60. I read the codes that were active. I have a list of 5 issues that I'm researching the internet for root cause. I'm also researching the quad cities for a service place with high reviews. I'll be very surprised if this place has any high reviews. If your engine light is on, feel free to stop by my house. I'll read your codes for free. We can also research the internet for probable causes. You'll save $149 and have a good idea what's wrong. More
Complete lack of customer service - purchased a used vehicle and had immediate issues within 10 hours. Requested ability to return the vehicle and was told absolutely not, however they would fix. Initial items were fixed, however more issues continue to arise. I contacted Key and was told to bring the vehicle in and Service would look at it. When I dropped it off I instructed service, my salesman, and the sales manager prior to authorizing any work that would incur cost to please call me and I would make the decision to move forward or not. 2 days later I got a call stating my truck had been fixed and the bill is $568, however I only needed to pay $310....Austin told me he was cutting me a deal. I argued I did not authorize the work to be done, however was told by the sales manager Austin and the GM Randy to pay it or I could not have my truck back....no discussion. I paid and left. 5 days later issues persist, called Austin and as of today, 3 days later, I have yet to receive a response. obviously they are a large business and issues arise, however they have dropped the ball on this one. Key personnel seem to have no concern after the sale. I now have a 33k truck that doesn’t work, may not be a big issue for them, however additional cost, stress, and aggravation to myself and family. More
