I did have a pleasant experience purchasing my truck from Jay at Key, however their service department is a giant cluster and whoever runs it must have never heard about customer service. Last time I was the Jay at Key, however their service department is a giant cluster and whoever runs it must have never heard about customer service. Last time I was there for an oil change, it took over 3 hours and I heard “5 more minutes” for about 2 of those hours. I then took the truck in for fuel filters since they opted to not do that during the 3 hour oil change. I also had a seat belt that had issues and a check engine light. Received a call that it was going to be $850 for the fuel filters, diag, air filter (which they claimed was the wrong one…however they are the only ones to service it since new), and the seat belt. They she was adamant that the regen to clear the check engine light was not covered under warranty. She said she is taking off the diag and seat belt charge, but we shall see when I pick it up, as I am not the only person to buy a brand new diesel truck that has experienced these issues from them. I would recommend Jay, however with their service department, I’d never give Key business again. More

I arranged a viewing for a used Ford F-150 with Brian Magee. Upon our arrival at the dealership, he had the truck prepped for a test drive. Having driven a RAM for the past 3 years, we were highly considering the RAM 2500. We never once had an issue with our last RAM, and that spoke volumes for us as far as reliability is concerned. Not knowing much about the GMC Sierra 2500, we went into the dealership with an open mind, looking to learn as much as we could to compare with the RAM 2500 we were considering. We met up with Brian Magee in the sales department, and let us just say you could not have asked for a better person to warmly receive us and be our guide throughout the entire process. Our intention was to learn everything about this truck—not to purchase it—so that we would have another vehicle to compare with the RAM. Brian listened to our needs, carefully explained all of the features and conveniences this gorgeous truck has to offer, and spent the entire day answering any questions we could have had. He went over every detail of the truck with a kind approach and extensive expertise, which was an absolute pleasure. Needless to say, we came to the conclusion that our family needed a GMC Sierra 2500. I cannot express how much Brian went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and like members of the family during the entire process. That meant a lot to us, considering how stressful the overall experience of shopping for vehicles is.
