It’s great to have a Ford dealer in your town who takes care of their community with all makes a models of cars. Key Ford got right to the repair I needed. Even though I detail my entire car and it is regu care of their community with all makes a models of cars. Key Ford got right to the repair I needed. Even though I detail my entire car and it is regularly serviced by Ford. Battery positive corrosion had destroyed the whole terminal. Later found out to be a common problem. The service was done in less than two days to include ordering shipping and install parts. My concern is the condition of the car upon return. No preventative action ie spray or felt covers were used on the battery. A couple of hoses were not fullly fastened. This was corrected by a mechanic on his break in the lot when I was inspecting the work. Thank you to him for doing what should have been done. Finally the interior needed to be detailed by myself for covid protection and the dirt and grease which is expected in a garage but a car should come out the same or better than it went in. More
