Very good experience with getting my Ford Eacape repaired under warranty. Problem was quickly identified and parts ordered. When the repair took longer than anticipated, they provided a loaner car without under warranty. Problem was quickly identified and parts ordered. We went here instead of regular mechanic because we were supposed to get a free inspection since we purchased our vehicle at a Key Dealership. The person setting up appointment confirmed that. They got me i supposed to get a free inspection since we purchased our vehicle at a Key Dealership. The person setting up appointment confirmed that. They got me in right away, but ran into a bulb out and missing lug nut. An hour and half later I left. Unfortunately, we were charged for the inspection. I missed this fact until I got home. More
