Christian was responsive and when we discovered part of the window-control apparatus wasn't functioning properly, he helped get it resolved. The part couldn't come in for a couple of days and the deal was concluded before the work could be done. Risky, but I trusted them to take care of it and a couple weeks later it's so far so good. We did have a miscommunication about the trade-in value of my car. It was unfortunate and I share the blame for not being as thorough as both sides could have been during the discussion, leading me to accept a trade-in value (on the contract) that was ~$1k lower than was reasonable for the transaction at hand. So I guess my overall experience is yeah, these guys are fine. One could do a lot worse. More
