One is over an hour and a half away and the other is hour away in the other direction. Key Auto group was my first stop. Luis, my sales person listened to the knowledge i had acquired during my search and understood what I needed to happen to purchase this vehicle. In less than two hours, we came to a great deal for both of us and I was very happy with process. I’m willing to spend a little more if the experience is pleasant. And it was. Everyone in the showroom was great. Even the computer glitches were funny. I highly recommend driving out of way to meet the folks at this dealership. More

This is the 5th vehicles that I went through a dealership. This is the easiest to deal with the dealership I ever had in my life. Very mellow, no pressure at all, no pushy to the customers to buy cars. They are focus on what you want, and/or what you needed for transport. Im was very interested in one specific truck from AutoKey in Salem, NH. I thought I have to drive all way down to Salem from where I live in Rochester. The salesman went to get truck and bought it over to Somerworth AutoKey on very next day. I did a test drive, and the salesman asked me if I want alone test drive or ride with a salesman. I told to jump in, so we talk about life and a little bit about this truck features. He is not trying to smooth talk or try to push to get truck so he can his paycheck which I expected but I was wrong. To be honest with you, my credit is a little bit bumpy and not greatest but they made the truck become mine and drove home with a huge smile! Also, he has a lot of patience with me through processing because I'm hard of hearing so my hearing is not that great but he willing to repeat what he said or try very best to help to understand each other and same page. I wish i can give you 10 stars but this site only gave me limit 5 stars. You have to check this out and ask for Christiann Jennings! More

July 17 I had stopped in just curious to see what they would say. My credit is definitely not the best and I had low expectations of getting anywhere that day. I have a very crazy schedule and explained my situation. By the end of the visit I left with a car which much exceeded what I expected. Practically brand new with very little miles and within my budget. I never once felt pressured into getting anything I didn’t want or need. Christiaan listened to my needs and focused on what would work best for my busy schedule in terms of reliability and gas mileage. And they made it work with my not so good credit! Can’t thank these guys enough!! Would give 10+++ stars!!! More

Initially there was a mechanical issue with the vehicle we were going to purchase, Key made sure it was fixed correctly and under warranty by Nissan. Staff was pleasant and the facility was comfortable, even on a Friday afternoon when the temp was 95 out. Christian did an outstanding job, and if really worked with us to find a car that fit. Would definitely recommend Key to purchase a car from. More
