We were greeted by Luis Feliz with a welcoming smile and firm handshake. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately found a vehicle that might interest us that had just recently arrived on the lot. It had even more "bells and whistles" than we had asked for. After taking it for a test drive we signed the paper work and drove home in our new vehicle! The best part of the transaction, besides the car, was that it was not high pressure. We left feeling very happy with the new purchase and the trade in. Thank you Luis for all your hard work and your personal touches such as putting clear tape on our temporary plates to protect them and taking the time to put on our permanent plates. In fact, Chris even helped me to consider that my first choice may not have been very realistic for me. He then helped me find a vehicle that I was very happy with, and that he felt was obtainable. I was so impressed by the atmosphere and the employees, that a trip to just get information turned into me leaving with a car. Speaking of the atmosphere, they are very casual and friendly. There was never any pressure at any time during the process. The whole dealership had a sense of professionalism without being oppressive or stuffy about it. I do wish I had gotten the other names of the gentlemen who helped with the process, but everyone expertly performed their roles and had top notch customer service. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! More
