Door alarm going off We experienced a problem with door alarm going off on our 2007 MDX. We able to bring in the car right away and they were able to take out the fuse so We experienced a problem with door alarm going off on our 2007 MDX. We able to bring in the car right away and they were able to take out the fuse so also wouldn’t keep on going off. We able to schedule an appointment for a full diagnostic on the problem away. They spent six hours trying to find the problem. They did not charge us. So appreciate their dedication and commitment trying to help us with this old car and the fact they did charge us was pretty amazing. Great customer service!!!! More

Check engine still flashing! I brought my Acura TSX in because my check engine light was flashing...I had just passed 105,000 miles. I had service done (spark plugs & coolant char I brought my Acura TSX in because my check engine light was flashing...I had just passed 105,000 miles. I had service done (spark plugs & coolant charge) and left 2.5 hours later. I never checked the warning light because I assumed it had been dealt with and extinguished. Wrong, I turned on my car a second time and it is still flashing. Was an issue not detected or was the alert light just not turned off? Not happy at all as the dealership is 40 minutes one way and I scheduled it for a day off. Wasted the day off! More

Terrible Service / Problem Never Resolved I came int with my 2019 RDX and the service writer was very pleasant however my issue was not resolved and when I was explaining the issue to her upon I came int with my 2019 RDX and the service writer was very pleasant however my issue was not resolved and when I was explaining the issue to her upon arrival she was quick to jump to maybe it’s just that your in bad areas rather than consider there might be a problem with the vehicle phone and radio. Super frustrating that right after I left it happen lass than 100 yards from the dealership and again going through the tolls at Kittery and I called and spoke with Amanda and told her it happen twice she said that she would note it but I don’t want it noted I want it addressed. So it’s my only first visit to this service department but right now I would say no I wouldn’t recommend them. Mike Ducharme set up the entire appointment for me and he was fantastic through the entire process. This problem was Never resolved and I was promised by Don McEwen that this would be taken cared of and I would be compensated for all the problems I have had with this vehicle and again NOTHING.... Stay away from this dealership they are not worthy of what they promise. More
