From the moment I walked into Whitaker Chevrolet it felt different than any other dealership I had been in. Every person I encountered was professional, attentive and friendly. The salesperson I was there to meet was Brad and he worked with me every step of the way. The process lasted around a week as he worked to find the perfect car and price for my budget. I ended up with a 2025 Chev Tahoe Premier and it’s perfect. This experience extended into the finance office with Mr. Baker. He did not use any of the heavy sales tactics I’ve seen in other places - instead, he was informative and respectful. Bottom line: The culture at Whitaker is different and I would highly recommend anyone to go there. More

For some reason I should have inspected the car but who would buying a new car with zero miles. I was excited, car had 200 plus miles on it, there were some marks that showed up after I washed my car twice would buying a new car with zero miles. So disappointed because my first car experience was good. Then comes the service of changing a front and back bow tie. Another regret, you need to seek on how much before letting them work on your car. The one that got me the appointment said it will be under $200, it got done and they charged me $500. He said it was 3 hrs of work when from time I got there and it being changed was 1 hr and half. They broke my old emblem and tried to keep it until I requested for it. Honesty is zero for me. You need to check and verify whatever they do or get for your car. Disappointment is what I got. More
