We had a serious water leak and would have had to have a wrecker come and get us if the part had given way completely. But thankfully the guys were able to schedule us in for replacement and have us out in wrecker come and get us if the part had given way completely. We had our vehicle towed in because I thought the We had our vehicle towed in because I thought the serpitene belt broke . Agrer diagnosing it turned out to be a broken bolt for a pulley . Under further inspection they noticed the alternator was faulty as well . Before contacting me with the total bill they found that the vehicle still had the extended warranty coverage. .
