I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several options. They gave me a good deal on my trade in. I was only there about 2 hours and left with a quote for what my payment would be. I went home and talked it over with my husband and bought the car over the phone. I never felt any pressure or "arm twisting". The dealership was generous with my trade in, sight unseen, and everything was exactly as promised. The entire staff was very friendly. The finance manager didn’t try to up sell me on anything in his office... it was the least stressful car buying experience of my life! This was critical as I drove 300 miles to get it. The car is immaculate and I could not be happier! More
