Another successful purchase from Kevin Grover GMC/Buick I was met the the parking lot by the friendly & cheerful staff when I arrived at the dealership. The salesman, Neil King, went beyond the extra mile explaining and researching my questions about today's latest technology. We encountered a problem when I set up MY Buick password, and he did not give up until he saw that the problem was solved and On Star was working correctly. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from the dealership in the past, and this "feels like coming home." Again, I would like to thank: Neil King, my salesman, Kevin Grover for making the deal possible, Kevin in finance, Chris for tying up the loose ends, Jimmy, another sales rep that helped me when Neil was away, and the service department for such a great job to details.
