I’m a procrastinator… I’ve had my new care a few months now and I absolutely LOVE IT! This is my 3rd purchase from Kerry of Florence. Two from Eric who’s now in the repair department now and now one from J now and I absolutely LOVE IT! This is my 3rd purchase from Kerry of Florence. Two from Eric who’s now in the repair department now and now one from Justin, who Eric recommended. Everything was fast and easy. All wheeling and dealing was through text. I called asked him if I could come get the car on my lunch and drive it back to work while they evaluated my trade in. This made it so much easier for them to do the paperwork so it was ready when I got there. Justin made it a pleasure to purchase my vehicle there with no BS and waiting around. Car was not the cleanest when they brought it to me but Justin made the guy take it back and do it again. However, still had glue on back window from the invoice, tape on passenger side from window tinting, and front window in the sun… WHO could barely see out. After I left Justin know about these minor things he told me to bring it back and they would clean it again along with filling my gas tank up! Now that’s service!
