I was a little disappointed with my most recent visit. After the service department had my car all day, I was not able to have my problem fixed due to a faulty part on hand. I am currently waiting for a new part to be ordered and am hopeful that the issue can be resolved the second time I bring the car in. Naturally, being without my car for another day will be inconvenient.
