The service itself was very quick. But checkout and followup has been confusing and concerning. I checked out and was told the car was in great shape. I received a follow up email and responded that I did not get the report when I paid for the service. Today a report was emailed- it says my vehicle is still in the shop 4 days later - and the report has tire tread yellow alert that I was never told about. Not sure what to make of this post service information. More
Technicians need to be trained better or service policy needs changed. When you have any metal shaving in your transmission screen customer should be given a option to have it replaced and the transmission needs changed. When you have any metal shaving in your transmission screen customer should be given a option to have it replaced and the transmission pan to be cleaned out then put Bach together. If you don't do that then when the transmission fluid goes back in like 9 quarts the detergent can cause failure. So again either the technicians aren't trained or service policy needs to be changed. We ended up looking at another Armada with a different color interior and he was more than happy to help. He allowed my husband and I to take our time and decide between the two vehicles. After we purchased the vehicle, he also took the time to show and explain to me how Apple car play worked, all the interior buttons and controls, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. We will definitely go back to him for our next Nissan purchase. More
Went well despite our original expectations of buying a car as we did several years ago. Life has changed!! Lucky to find a car that filled our needs.
