I noticed in front of the check out an advertisement Matt , which offered Volkswagen financing through a third-party with 90 second with the results. I asked the representative about it and he said if I have “done nothing“ so far for initiating that process, it takes a very long time. I wasn’t sure if that was true or he just didn’t feel like processing it. So I skipped that offer displayed. Other than that everything went well even after a months delay in getting the part installed. More

Went to Kings VW for our new Jetta. Service is fantastic. The phone is answered every time and they call back timely. When you’re there they are happy to see you and treat you that way. When we can, we’ll be going there. It just feels dead at Kerry. There is usually only 1 person there and Kings has several. Worth the drive to me. We’ve tried Kerry for about 2 yrs and see no change. You would have to offer us one xxxx of a deal to service both our VWs from now on. More
