As soon as we walked into the dealership, Ryan greeted us with a smile and immediately asked if there was anything he could help us with. We mentioned we were interested in the Tucson and we all jumped into with a smile and immediately asked if there was anything he could help us with. When we told him we'd wanted to test drive one he was quick to get keys and to fill the car for the test drive. We loved the car and told him we needed to talk about it and would come back if we were interested. He gave us the time he would be available and didn't pressure us at all. We came back the next day and purchased a Tucson because of Ryan's great service. More

Terrible service. I brought my 2017 GLI in for a recall of the clocksping. Had no other problems other than what the clock spring involves: controls on steering wheel I brought my 2017 GLI in for a recall of the clocksping. Had no other problems other than what the clock spring involves: controls on steering wheel not functioning meaning no cruise control, radio volume control etc; air bag light continuously on. Since the clocksping was replaced my park assist randomly goes off when driving, back up camera doesn't function correctly and flashes the screen, windshield wipers go off randomly as well. Someone tried to gaslight telling me it was doing that when I brought it in. The first page of the invoice from the tech states all buttons function. The second invoice states buttons don't function and will need further diagnosis. So you're telling me I have to pay for a diagnosis even though my car was already in service. They give me back my car with more problems I had to begin with. I contacted VW Corp and I don't think they're going to do anything because they know the "fix" creates serious problems. More
