Had a check engine light on my Tiguan and when they replaced the part. Picked it up the next day as it was not in stock. I drove it and looked down and noticed the check engine light was on. So I to replaced the part. Picked it up the next day as it was not in stock. I drove it and looked down and noticed the check engine light was on. So I took it back and the service employee had them check it out and said they would need to take another look at the issue. Provided me a loaner car and kept me informed on what was going on. As this issue was the first time they have seen this issue and had to order another part to fix the problem. Came back to pick it up and they didn’t charge me for the additional part and explained what happened and why. I know they had my car for a dews days, but they made it right for me the customer. Great Job Team. More
