SERVICE VISIT

It appears as though they did the repairs as they said they did. However, as I headed home with my car I was notified by a friend (who was following me) that my taillight was out. The dealership said they they did. However, as I headed home with my car I was notified by a friend (who was following me) that my taillight was out. The dealership said they did a full review of my car and they claimed everything looked good. I am disappointed because I am now concerned that my car might have other issues and the dealership just skipped over the actual check. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. More

U brought my car in for a tired replacement. Not only was I not told about the damage that I could cause by not replacing all 4 tires, the day after I picked up my care my oil change and tire ro Not only was I not told about the damage that I could cause by not replacing all 4 tires, the day after I picked up my care my oil change and tire rotation reminder came on. So brought my car back to get the oil change and rotation to be told that I needed to replace the other 3 tires. Not a good experience at all. More
