Amanda, the service advisor, was extraordinarily rude. First, it felt really awkward when I first walked in. No one greeted me. There were three people in there. It took a full minute for Amanda to rudely say I’ll get you over here. And then she tried to fight me the whole way on having my vehicle serviced. Although I didn’t meet the mileage requirement it had been more than a year since my previous service. I told her I’d just pay out of pocket because she kept trying to fight me. Then I overheard her talking to another person in the lobby about covering their service because it had been over a year. I asked her to just submit it to see if it would be covered and in a huff she finally agreed to do so. I asked her where the rules were for when services were covered and she exasperatedly said she didn’t know. I didn’t see a smile, I didn’t feel any courtesy, and she was just so extremely unpleasant the whole time. Additionally, after all of that with her fighting me on getting my service covered, she then didn’t even bother to go over any of the paperwork with me. I had to find out from the sheet that my tire tread is low and that my cabin air filter was yellow. She could have actually earned some money had she done her job as a service advisor and told me that my cabin air filter needed changed. If you aren’t going to be pleasant, at least do your job properly. More
