I have purchased 3 brand new vehicles in the last 6 years. I had to take my vehicle to another dealership to get my hatch fixed or wait 3 months on kerry to fix. This visit was replacing the windshield years. I had to take my vehicle to another dealership to get my hatch fixed or wait 3 months on kerry to fix. This visit was replacing the windshield which I had to go through the BBB to get replaced and took about 6 months to get done. Bill is my salesman at this dealership and always goes above to help me. I really would hate to go elsewhere but I'm thinking I don't have much of a choice. More

The finance person who worked on us took us to the max. Tried to give us a double high interest rate and I refused it then he kept saying I’m going to give you this and he was going to give us free stuff A Tried to give us a double high interest rate and I refused it then he kept saying I’m going to give you this and he was going to give us free stuff And he ended up sliding paperwork in charging $1500 extra then put in $1000 for gap insurance. I got that back. Gav us a sealed envelope and said don’t even look at this just shove it in the glove box, most dishonest finance person I have ever dealt with. Took advantage of us because my husband was too sick with cancer to stay any longer.I will never go back. More
