Deceptive salesman I bought a new Sonata on May 24, 2015. The salesman showed me a video and stated that the protection package would make a difference of about $8 per I bought a new Sonata on May 24, 2015. The employees at Kerry Hyundai were rude and I would not recommend even setting foot on their car lot. More
Bait and Switch They advertise their cars online with low prices. When you go in, they will tell you that price includes all the rebates that no one can qualify for. They advertise their cars online with low prices. When you go in, they will tell you that price includes all the rebates that no one can qualify for. Because some rebates are for students, some of recent graduates, some of financing with Nissan, and have a super high credit score etc. So no one would ever qualify for the price. This a classic bait and switch deal. I asked them for the price then without the significant rebates they were offering online and they wouldn't give it to me unless I was willing to buy the car right there and then. Their reasoning was that prices change on a daily basis, and they will just give me the price when I was ready to purchase the car. I drove to another dealership across town and they gave me all the pricing and information right at the spot. I walked out with a quote, shopped a few other places and made my decision after that. I don't see how other dealers can give you all the pricing information but they can't. I had a very bad experience with this dealership and I would not recommend it to anyone. More

3rd strike I've had awful experience here with the service dept. but they had a truck I was interested in buying. I gave them one more chance, went it talked to a female sales person that acted like she had no clue how to sell a vehicle. After about 30 minutes of her walking back and forth to the back office with no help or positive direction. We realized once again we weren't going to get any help here. ON the way out the other sales reps were hollering rude statements at us. How is this dealership still in business? Does Nissan usa not have standards they hold their franchises to? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. More than enough to never want to buy another Nissan again. More
