Terrible Customer Service Found a vehicle online I was interested in. Traveled to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and stated I had additional questions I would email. The salesman stated he would be glad to assist me. After inspecting the vehicle, we found excessive dirt under the hood making the vehicle look like it was in a flood. The salesman said the vehicle was cleaned externally but not internally and would take care of it. After receiving my questions, he stated he would send the vehicle for servicing. After one week, he stated that the service department was overloaded and he hadn't got the vehicle in. I asked him to call me the first part of the following week with the status. I waiting additional week with no response. I emailed my disappointment and hated that my first hesitation not to come to this dealership was the correct feeling due to the rating. I received an extremely condescending email from the sales manager about the salesman having a tragedy and making appear as though I was not compassionate. I told him that he doesn't know my circumstances and I find his email appalling! I asked that he not contact me again and any further communication from me will be at the corporate level! I would NEVER recommend this dealership! It certainly was not work the drive! More

Bait and switch I found a Pathfinder on their website at a price that I was willing to pay. Once we arrived it was clear no one had a clue we were coming. I then spoke to Marcus who went into the back for 30 minutes never to return. Another salesman did find the advertised Pathfinder back in service with the dash ripped out. I was then informed that even when they got the Pathfinder fixed the price was wrong. Then they were more than happy to try and sell me the exact same vehicle for $4000 more. Stay far away form this dealer. More
