Professional and Courteous We have been loyal Nissan buyers since I purchased my first Sentra hatchback in 1987. We have had (3) Maxima's and (1) Pathfinder and recently puchased a new 2016 Maxima from Ricky Speed. Ricky was professional and worked to find us the car we wanted. We were very satisfied with our trade and purchase price of the Maxima. The financing gentleman was very efficient and was able to get us a fantastic interest rate. We are looking forward to driving this Max for many years! More

I was impressed with how they dealt with her, NO PRESSURE. So, when it came time to purchase ourselves a car, we went to Kerry Hyundai. They dealt with my wife and I as they dealt with her. Mike Egan was very courteous and helpful in our purchasing a Sonata. Customer service was very good starting with Mike and going through the finance department. We had heated seats added to our Sonata SE and the passenger side does not work properly. They were apologetic and are taking care of it. I would recommend Kerry Hyundai to anyone, but communication between departments could be better. More

Very happy customer!!! I visited Kerry Nissan of Florence to look at a car for my daughter and was greeted by Robert Davis who worked with us through many cars until my daug I visited Kerry Nissan of Florence to look at a car for my daughter and was greeted by Robert Davis who worked with us through many cars until my daughter and I agreed on the one. Throughout the entire process, Robert was courteous, professional and foremost patient. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but working with Robert as well as the sales and finances guys was a pleasure. I would give the Robert and the Kerry team an A+ and really appreciated that they stayed late after closing time to finalize the sale. More

Out of the three dealerships we visited, Kerry Nissan (Florence) didn't rush us when it came to decision time and actually followed through on the up front assurances that they made. Our new Pathfinder is exactly what we were looking for and more. Many thanks to Rob for treating my kids like they mattered even when they got noisy and in the way. More
Good customer service, good salesperson, misleading price I bought a 2015 Ivory Accent. Dan was my salesperson and he had sold my fiancé and I a Hyundai in 2013. My only complaint is the car that I bought had I bought a 2015 Ivory Accent. Dan was my salesperson and he had sold my fiancé and I a Hyundai in 2013. My only complaint is the car that I bought had a price of $13,889 on the windshield. The pricing according to the window paint was due to the car being a one-of-a-kind color. When I inquired about this price, I was told that price was with all rebates (Uber driver, military, owner loyalty, etc). Nowhere on the car was this information marked and there wasn't an asterisk or a "see your salesperson for details" sign. I feel this put the salesperson in a bad situation and I feel Hyundai should honor the price marked and the owner loyalty should be subtracted from the $13,889.00 price. As it is I purchased the car (minus tax and title) for appx $15,587.00. That is about $26.00 more a month than I should have to pay. My current loan is $223.00 a month (not including key protection and gap insurance). I would be much happier with Hyundai, the dealer and the entire situation if my payment was $197.00 a month. More

Mike Sharp made sure I was familiar and comfortable with my new Nissan before I drove my almost hour drive home . I will send everyone I know to Kerry Nissan to have Mike Sharp get them into a new car too. More
Never available when you need help. All I wanted to do was lease. leases should be cut and dry it's not a used car. its a lease on a new car they should all be the same. I'm leaving yet they try to play so many games everybody's getting a different deal on the same car. I referred my nephew he got the same exact car the same least somehow came out with a better deal I called to try to get him to make mine the same never got any answer never got any information every time I call there busy it's ridiculous. And my payment was due 3 days ago and I left word on a message how do I pay with off my lease where is my payment book and I haven't got any answer .what is wrong with this place. They obviously don't have enough finance managers to handle the situation and they're leasing online and people are everywhere nobody knows what's what More
