Rude dealers and not the best deals I went to this dealership several times. I was ready to buy a car on the spot if offered a good deal. On the second visit, I had to wait for a quite a while to sit down with a dealer. Then he just started typing in information without discussing deals or prices. I had done my car research and had prices from the internet. The manager informed me that prices online are not accurate, they just draw people in the door. He was rude and upset the person that drove me. I visited several other Hyundai dealerships and got prices. I decided to give Kerry Florence another try. The manner was rude yet again and would not match the other dealer's prices. He managed to upset another person who brought me. I did a little more research and discovered the Kerry Touch is actually a deal through Hyundai company. Kerry will add the cost in your final paperwork and hope you don't notice. More

Car good; customer procedures shaky I like the Elantra, which is the most important thing. But once a purchase is made, there is sequence of set procedures that should be executed like I like the Elantra, which is the most important thing. But once a purchase is made, there is sequence of set procedures that should be executed like clockwork, since the employees do it every day, things like titling procedure and trade-in processing. These were not handled well and caused me some inconvenience I do have one complaint that is unlikely to be the dealer's fault. For a veteran's discount, the company requires a DD 214 discharge document. As a retired Army officer I had a picture ID card. Not accepted. I returned the next day with my retirement certificate signed by the Secretary of the Army. Not accepted. I had to scan and e-mail my Army retirement orders. Who doesn't understand that retired soldiers are veterans? More
