I chose to go to Kerry Hyundai in Florence, Ky. to do business after I told them of my bad experience and they promised that would not happen with them. When I arrived, they had the car of my choice already cleaned, gased up and ready for a test drive. All the way throught the process they respected me and were so personable and pleasureable to work with. I drove away in a new Hyundai and am extremely happy. More

Worst Customer Service Ever! I went here and expected to be helped. Instead, I was humiliated and treated like crap. The guy who was showing me cars was horrible. He tried to have me test drive a car that had severe mechanical problems. The exhaust pipe was hanging off the car and literally shaking while I test drove it. He was on his phone the entire time and completely ignored me during the entire test drive. He kept asking me the same questions and I kept telling him the same thing over and over again. He left me alone several times and kept cutting me off to leave his desk. Eventually, he just told me there wasn't anything they could do for me and rushed me out the door. I wouldn't go back to this place if they paid me! Go anywhere else! More
