Mario was very pleasant. He was informative but not pushy. The outside vendor who put in our heated seats did not do a good job. He did something that was very pleasant. MY Tuscon Dan was great through the whole buying process. We came back on 3 different occasions to decide if the Tuscon was what we wanted and he was there all Dan was great through the whole buying process. Poor customer service- post purchase of Nissan LOVE my 2010 Nissan Murano. Unfortunately after 6 years and 177K miles the transmission went out while I was 2 hours away from home. I had my vehicle LOVE my 2010 Nissan Murano. Unfortunately after 6 years and 177K miles the transmission went out while I was 2 hours away from home. I had my vehicle towed into Kerry Nissan in Florence Ky early on a Friday morning- nearest dealer. I called multiple times to the service department and sales department (with multiple messages left) in efforts to speak with someone about my vehicle and why it was towed to their dealership. Not a return call for 3 days! In fact it was me who called again to finally speak with the service guy (Jack). Obviously I was incurring alot of out of pocket expense with having to rent a vehicle/ tow a vehicle and now service a transmission- Jack didn't acknowledge my situation (at all!) and advised he wouldn't be able to look at my car for 5 days- this was after the car was sitting in his lot for 3 days. I then paid 160$ tow fee to have my vehicle moved to a different dealership who addressed my problem immediately. Thank you to Coyle Nissan in Indiana for addressing the situation!! Kerry Nissan in Florence KY is not a dealership I would recommend. When you pay top dollar for quality you expect quality in return. More
