Bait and Switch: WORST DEALERSHIP! We had originally asked for an online quote on a new Murano. The online quote was a great deal, and we continued to email back and forth with the onl We had originally asked for an online quote on a new Murano. The online quote was a great deal, and we continued to email back and forth with the online sales team. We were told that price would be honored once we got to the dealership and a white Murano could be ordered since one wasn't available at Kerry. When we got to the dealership, a sales person, Angel, was waiting outside for us. She was extremely nice, and took our printed quote to get approved by a sales manager. She returned and said everything would be honored. We told her that we wanted a white Murano, which Kerry didn't have, so she again left to talk to a manager about whether or not it could be ordered from another dealership. She returned to say that wouldn't be a problem, and we scheduled a pick up for two days later (since she wanted to make sure the car was ready to go for us). We then gave her all of our personal information as she began to go over all the paperwork with us. She continued to say what a great deal we were getting! We gave her our social security numbers, work info, insurance, and salary info as she entered everything into the computer system. We then signed off on no less than 10 papers. She excused herself (and we thought she was getting the financing ready or making copies), and never returned. Instead a sales manager or some sort of manager returned and told us there had been some miscommunication and they couldn't give us that price. Then proceeded to say that they could give us a deal though and left to figure out what the deal would be. Then this manager along with another manager returned to ask us to come back to their office. We did and the "deal" they wanted to give us was $10, 000 more than the quote! Needless to say we walked out. This is the worst case of bait and switch I have ever dealt with! We were nearly done with the paperwork to buy the car. The most disturbing part is that they now have all of our personal info in their computer system (we took the paper copies). This dealership employs SCAM ARTISTS! NEVER USE KERRY DEALERSHIPS!! More

Worst Customer Service ever I leased my current vehicle with Kerry Nissan and I've had it for a year and a half. When we went there to get it, the sales guy was nice and helpful. I leased my current vehicle with Kerry Nissan and I've had it for a year and a half. When we went there to get it, the sales guy was nice and helpful. Now, whenever I want to schedule an oil change or a maintenance, I get a girl who asks where I need to be transferred and I say Nissan services and she transfers me and it goes straight to a voicemail for Jack. I usually leave multiple messages and nobody calls me back. So I try to schedule something online and they never called me back for that either. I end up having to call back every few hours for days until someone will actually help me. I will never get a vehicle here again and will not make sure my family and friends don't go through this as well. I wouldn't be so harsh if this had happened once, but every single time I try to make an appointment, I go through this. It's too much of a hassle. More

As a owner of such I did recommend that my wife look at your other vehicles as she was turning in a leased Honda Accord. I felt that your vehicles are quality machines and come with a great warranty. As I am getting older a lot of the newer features seem complicated as I am not a computer geek but I know everyone seems to want these features. More
