The wrong vehicle was looked up for value and they had to be corrected on this several times. Everyone I talked to blamed the incompetance on someone else. The finance department (although I did not finance anything) took care of the paperwork and were completely disorganized. I had to return twice for the correct paperwork. I eventually got the car that I wanted and an okay deal, but it took over 5 hours. More
Complete and utter lies We were looking for a new car for my son for his 18th birthday, and we thought it would be nice to get him a really nice car. We noticed that this dea We were looking for a new car for my son for his 18th birthday, and we thought it would be nice to get him a really nice car. We noticed that this dealership had a 2011 BMW 328i that was well taken care of even though it had 4 owners and over 100,000 miles. The dealership asked for $12,900 for the car which would be somewhere around $200 a month. We rushed to get the great deal, and we were waiting to get an approval and we did, but this dealership wanted $2,500 down payment which is extreme for any car! We have a good credit history, so it made no sense at all. Also, the interest rates that they put with the down payment would add up to $24,000 over $60 months with a $350 monthly payment instead. They never even considered to work with our budget to get our son his first car. It was vet dissapointing, and I don't plan on working with them ever again. We then went to Kerry Toyota and found a sweet deal for a 2014 Toyota Camry SE used with 29,000 miles and only for $18,000 with $750 down payment. We took it, and our son was happy as ever! More
