I contacted the internet sales person, Brian Nichols who was great to work with online. We set up an appt. with the used sales dept. and were greeted by Tyler Stegeman, who went ABOVE & BEYOND to review everything about the vehicle. He showed us all the tech features and how everything worked. He worked diligently with us to close, what I feel, was a great deal along with his manager Nick Stieber who finalized our purchase price. They were all very professional. I never felt "pressured" at anytime. It was finally a very pleasant experience!! I want to say thank you to Tyler for explaining all the features of the vehicle and spending a great deal of time with us, that is hard to find these days. Poor customer service My comments are regarding the Nissan service center. Never return calls. I've left MANY voicemails. Never speak to a live person.
